WoW Forever Fishing
Last checked 3 Nov 2026
Fishing is a secondary profession: Apprentice/Journeyman from city trainers; Expert from 'Expert Fishing - The Bass and You' sold by Old Man Heming in Booty Bay; Artisan from Nat Pagle in Dustwallow Marsh at level 35 / skill 225.
Fish feed Cooking: Baked Salmon, Poached Sunscale Salmon and Plated Armorfish are named. Most cooked food grants 5% additional experience from kills; Fishing also builds Fish Bowl, Fishing Rack or Fishing Hut at a campfire.
Fishing costs nothing and does not use a profession slot, so it is pure profit. Best pairing: Cooking. The guide references a fishing tournament but publishes no schedule or rules.
No racials affect Fishing; shamans (Far Sight, Water Walking) and hunters (feed fish to pets) get incidental convenience.
