Ice Lance was added; the 30 October hotfix raised it to 300% bonus damage against frozen targets with an 8-second cooldown. Ice Barrier now gives +15% Frost damage (was 3%), Winter's Chill gives 20% per stack to the next Cone of Cold (was 5%).
Talents and class choices
Arcane Blast stacks 12% Intellect (was 15%), costs 100% more mana per stack (was 175%) and lasts 18 seconds. Arcane Resilience moved to row 1; Missile Barrage moved to row 2; Arcane Focus removed.
Races: Human, Gnome, Orc, Undead, Troll and Skyborne (Alliance). Skyborne is very good while leveling because of ley-line regeneration; Troll and Orc are the throughput picks.
The client has no DLSS, DLAA or XeSS; only FSR 1.0 as a render-scale resample method. Frost is safe with slows and Ice Barrier but has no self-healing or burst cooldown in-tree. Best professions: Tailoring + Enchanting.
