WoW Forever Raids
Last checked 3 Nov 2026
No raids at launch. Three raids open on 9 December 2026: Barrow Deeps (10-player), Hyjal Summit (20-player) and Onyxia's Lair (40-player, returning).
Barrow Deeps has three entrances around the world, one of them in Mount Hyjal; it is a Night Elf prison. Hyjal Summit is in Mount Hyjal and is being drained of power. Onyxia's Lair is in southern Dustwallow Marsh; the entrance may have moved.
Blizzard's current raid overview confirms eight bosses in Barrow Deeps, thirteen in Hyjal Summit, and the Drakefire Amulet attunement requirement for Onyxia's Lair. The older Wowhead overview still labels several of these fields TBD; its September table predates the official overview.
The 'raids on launch' query is a common misunderstanding: the store copy says max-level raids, but the roadmap and Blizzard's launch article put all three on 9 December.
