WoW Forever Hunter Pets

19 hunter pet families in the Forever client: the 17 Classic families (Owl renamed Bird of Prey), plus Core Hound and the new Fox. Ten families gain an ability the Classic client does not have, so every family has at least one unique ability.
Examples: Bear Swipe, Spider Web, Fox Trickster's Dance, Tallstrider Dust Cloud, Bird of Prey Mine!, Crocolisk Dismember, Bat Sonic Blast. Diets are unchanged from Classic Era.
Pets scale with the hunter: 2 Health per Stamina, 30% of armor, 10% of highest attack power, 100% of crit. They have avoidance and cannot be buffed by other classes; ammo/quiver still uses a bag slot.
Best families by role: Tallstrider Dust Cloud for PvE armor shred, Bird of Prey Mine! against rogues, Crocolisk Dismember for healing reduction, Wolf Furious Howl for group attack power.
Core Hound and Fox entries appear in the cited client-data list, but that source supplies no confirmed taming locations for either. No location or guaranteed tameability is inferred from the family listing.
