WoW Forever Dual Spec

Dual specialization unlocks at level 40. Before 40 you pick one tree; after 40 you can maintain two specs and swap at the class trainer.
Respecs happen at the class trainer. The paladin guide says dual spec costs '10' but does not state the currency; Blizzard's class deep dive only confirms the level. Treat the cost as unconfirmed.
Dual spec is the recommended fix for leveling as a healer/tank: level in a damage spec, then pick up the second role at 40.
Triple spec is not confirmed for launch; do not promise it.
